Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Homemade Almond Milk
  • 2 Dates
  • 1 Cup Greens (Spinach or Swiss Chard)
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Red Berries
  • A Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Calcium Lactate Tablet

Instructions
