Homemade MUD/WTR

MUD/WTR (pronounced Mud Water) is the perfect morning drink to help you get that morning boost that you need with delicious flavor from exotic spices and homey vibes.

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Mushroom Blend
  • 1/4 tsp Blue Lotus Chai or ¼ teaspoon allspice & dash pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Cacao Powder
  • 2 Pinches Sea Salt

Mixed Ingredients

  • 7 oz Boiling Water
  • 1/2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp size Piece of Ginger see note
  • 1/2 tsp size Piece of Turmeric see note
  • 1 Tbsp Almond Butter optional
  • Coconut milk, nut milk, or any other liquid to cool to taste

Instructions

  • In a dry cup combine mushroom blend, blue lotus chair, cacao powder, and salt. Stir until the spices are mixed well.
  • In a high-speed blender, combine boiling water, honey, turmeric, ginger, and almond butter. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour blender ingredients over the dry ingredients in a cup and stir until well combined. Enjoy!

Notes

Alternate Instructions:
If you do not have fresh turmeric and ginger you can just add several shakes of turmeric spice and ginger spice to the cup. Then, pour the hot water straight over dry ingredients without blending. Add coconut milk or honey or whatever else to that.
