Healthy Banana Ice Cream

- 8 Frozen Bananas (still pliable)
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
Add frozen, pliable Bananas and coconut milk to a high powered blender.
Blend until smooth, pausing to stir occasionally to get clumps out of the bottom.
Add more coconut milk until you get the desired texture.
It can be served right away or frozen for a later time in an airtight container. Enjoy!
If the bananas are too frozen it will form a blob or overheat your blender, so be sure that your bananas aren’t all the way frozen. A great way to make sure your bananas are pliable is to let them sit outside of the freezer for a few hours before using them or only put them in the freezer for a few hours before using them.
*Pliable just means you can shape them or break them with your hands, rather than being rock solid.
