A thorough evaluation and specialized X-rays will be completed to determine the health and strength of your bone. The need for grafting to support the implants may be discussed. Underlying oral health problems, like gum disease, will be addressed prior to implant placement.

A dental implant is a root replacement. Dr. Coles or Dr. Jorgensen will place the titanium implant where the root of your missing tooth was. Your bone will naturally fuse to the implant, then Dr. Coles or Dr. Jorgensen will place a permanent crown on top.
