Is it going to hurt?
If you have had a bad experience with dentistry in the past, we know how hard it is to want to go again. We will invite you to share your experiences and concerns with us, so we make sure to never repeat them. It is always gratifying to hear our patients report that they were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable dental care can be. Painless injection techniques, long-lasting local anesthetics, and advancements with materials have made our procedures more comfortable than you may think. Even for extensive treatments, most of our clients are able to return to their normal activities within a day after their procedure.
Your comfort is always our top priority. In order to make your dental experiences pleasant, we offer several options to keep you relaxed during your visits. In addition to the relaxation techniques such as music and movies, nitrous oxide (laughing gas) is also available at all your visits, as well as options for sedation dentistry. back to top
How much does it cost?
We know that dentistry is expensive – no matter where you go. We are sensitive to budget concerns and financial limitations, and have come up with some very unique solutions- including Total Care Dental packages.
Total Care Dental packages are unique to our office, and include four amazing benefits:
Unbelievable prices to help you get the dentistry you need at the price you want. When you nave advanced dental care needs, we work hard to complete your dentistry in as few visits as possible. This makes us more cost-effective, and we pass these savings on to you.
All-inclusive services. Tired of being nickel-&-dimed at the dental office? We try to anticipate all of your dental needs, but if something unexpected comes up, it is included in your original package. Everything you need and want for your smile is covered– No Extra Charge! (Even Sedation Dentistry)
Total Care Warranty. This is second to none! We warranty our work for extended periods of time and replace any defective dentistry for no charge. Get it done right the first time.
In addition to our packages, many of our patients take advantage of several financing plans we have available, including some no-interest plans and other long-term options. While these plans are maintained by outside agencies, we can help facilitate the application process.
If you have a dental insurance policy, we will work to maximize your benefits for you. back to top
How much time does it take?
We take great pride in customizing your personalized treatment plan. As we discuss your options, we will do our best to work with you in completing your case according to your requested time frames. For some, that means doing a lot of treatment at once and over a short period of time. For others, it may be best to divide the project into several phases to occur over several months. Some procedures can be completed in one visit, while others are more complex and will take some time to complete.
In order to determine the best way to meet your goals, we will need to thoroughly evaluate every aspect of your dental health. At your first visit, we will spend time talking with you to discover what your goals are for your smile and health. We will then gather diagnostic information such as x-rays, photographs, and impressions of your teeth, and complete a comprehensive oral exam. With this information, Dr. Jorgensen and Dr. Coles will be able to carefully study your smile, including the way you want it to look, the bite, function, and health of your teeth and gums. After compiling all this data, we will invite you to a no-charge planning appointment to discuss your personal plan. back to top
How long does it last?
If you bought a new car and asked the salesperson how long it would last, what would they say? Most likely they would say it depends on how you take care of your car. When considering advanced dentistry such as implants and new smiles, people wonder the same thing. We also have the same answer – it depends on how you take care of your smile. That being said, we do consider these restorations to be long-term and durable, and give you all the tools and information you need to give your smile great care.
We understand that this level of dental work is an investment, and we intend to make that investment a good one for you. back to top
How do the doctors keep up to date on all of the current techniques and materials?
Dr. Jorgensen and Dr. Coles take many, many hours of continuing education programs each year-well beyond what is required by law. They are committed to staying informed of any breakthroughs in dental technology or treatment that could benefit their patients. back to top
Do you accept referrals?
Absolutely! We actually offer a Friends and Family Referral program. If you refer a patient to us, that new patient gets $50 off any dental treatment-and you, as the person referring, get $25 credit towards the cost of your next dental treatment.
We know that our best new patients come from our existing patients, and we like the chance to reward those who appreciate the service and care that we offer. back to top
Do you accept my insurance plan?
We do accept most insurance plans, and will be glad to help you fill out and file any required paperwork. The only insurance plans that we cannot accept are those that require you to go to a particular dentist. back to top
What different payment options do you provide?
We refuse to let finances get in the way of the dental care that you need. That’s why we provide a number of different financing options, including cash, check, credit card and extended payment options such as Care Credit and Dental Fee Plan. Some installment plans offer no interest options. back to top
How can I ask the doctors a question directly?
You’re always welcome to talk to us when you’re in our office-we schedule in time for your questions. If you have questions at other times, you can always call our office or email us and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. (Email is often the quickest way to reach us.) What makes you different than any other dental practice I can visit?
We believe that there are many things that set us apart, starting with the fact that we truly do consider you part of the dental team. We’ll listen to you carefully, answer your questions and concerns simply and honestly, and try to provide the dental treatment options that are right for you. We don’t believe you’ll find a practice that is more caring or more concerned about meeting your needs. back to top
My gums bleed after I brush. Is this something to be concerned about?
We’ll answer by asking another question-if you touched your hand, and it bled, would you be concerned? Of course you would! It’s the same thing with your gums. Bleeding gums are a sign of gum disease-a serious condition that has been linked with systemic problems such as heart disease and stroke.
If your gums are bleeding, we can help. Please call our office for an appointment so we can get started on your treatment. back to top
I really do not like visiting the dentist, is there anything you can do to help me relax?
We’ve found that when patients are relaxed their visits are much easier. That’s why we do everything we can to make your visit comfortable, with little touches like aromatherapy, blankets, massage, etc. We also offer nitrous oxide to help you relax during treatment.
For patients who are extremely nervous, we offer conscious sedation dentistry. You simply take a pill before you come to our office (no IVs necessary). Your whole dental visit will pass quickly and painlessly. back to top
Crowns, veneers, on-lays, inlays and partials.where can I learn more about these procedures?
Just ask us! All of our staff members can answer your questions, and we have lots of educational materials that will give you even more information. We can also show you before and after pictures of patients who have had these procedures so you can get a real-life look at how these dental treatments can change a person’s appearance. back to top
I brush everyday, but my breath just is not fresh. Is there anything I can do?
You may not realize that the traditional mouth rinses contain a lot of alcohol. They may make your breath smell great at first, but once your mouth dries out your breath may be worse than before.
We have several breath remedies that are extremely effective and that won’t make your mouth dry out. They include the complete Breath RX system and all natural herbal tooth and gum tonics. We’d be glad to personally discuss your options. back to top
