Where else can one find everything you would want in a dentist?

After numerous bad experiences as a child and into young adulthood, I had sworn off going to the dentist. But after years of pain and embarrassment, combined with the latent inability to eat comfortably, I decided it was time to try again. I searched high and low until I found Total Care Dental, and it was the best decision I could have made. The friendly and warming smiles of the staff (not to mention the beautiful faces), combined with the experience and knowledge of true professionalism, instilled in me the confidence I never knew I had. I have never before gone to a place where I get such special treatment. I was able to get my teeth fixed, and make some friends. I wouldn’t go anywhere else if you paid me. Besides, where else can one find everything you would want in a dentist… and more!

My Two Crowns Were Done and I Don’t Remember A Thing

They never fail to make your day brighter…

I enjoy coming to Dr. Jorgensen’s office because the girls here help me to believe that I can keep good teeth even though I am a senior citizen (past 80). If I forget an appointment, they do not. They call in a very pleasant way to remind me.

Happy attitudes and caring atmosphere make me unafraid to come again. Once they took me in on an emergency. Their motto should be quality first. Their work is superior to any I’ve ever had. they never fail to make your day brighter in more ways than one.

Prior to getting my new smile, I had veneers on my two front teeth. They were about 20 years old, one of them was cracked and both were beginning to yellow. The reasons I go to Total Care Dental are more than one. 6+ months ago I cam here to get a 2nd opinion on some dental work. At that time I was referred to a periodontist. I felt very comfortable and confident with Dr. Michelle Jorgensen and Margo. I came back a few weeks ago to look at doing cosmetic and structural work. At that point I felt excited and confident that Dr. Jorgensen knew what to do in order to help me out. I still went to another dentist for another opinion. Even though I could have saved $1500 going elsewhere I know I would get superior work done here with Dr. Jorgensen. I really feel that way that I will be taken care of and given the best treatment possible.

I have always hated to go to the dentist but since I started here at Total Care Dental it is a different story. The people here are friends – very caring friends – and are so interested in you as a person.

My first experience with Dr. Coles came after years and years of traumatic experiences with my children and dentist appointments. We were referred to him by a very good friend who also has trouble being courageous” during dental procedures.

I have two of my five children that have the hardest time with the dentist. Unfortunately these were the two that needed work done (or so I thought).

Dr. Coles (and everyone in the office) was so kind. I wish there were stronger words to express how kind and how much more assuring everyone was compared to other recent experiences.

My youngest daughter was first to come. As I normally do, I took her hand as they prepared to give her the numbing shot. And, totally our o the norm, there was no crying or crushing my hand during the process. Not even a whimper!! I was stunned. the tooth was extracted without incident and she went home to excitedly tell her siblings about her experience. A happy experience at the dentist?…

Two days later came the real challenge with my 11 year old. Again, there are no words to describe the level of fear and over the top reaction she has at the dentist. I stood outside the room while they talked her through the IV process. The comforting demeanor was so wonderful. The normal struggle she put up was short (a wonderful surprise) and the rest of the procedures, and there were many, were all performed the same day so we didn’t have to put her through this again.

Dr. Coles also was thorough enough to suggest an alternative plan that saved us so much money both now and in the orthodontic future for her. So so so so grateful for the professionalism of this office.

Let me say something about the office staff as well. It took all of 5 minutes to feel like I was dealing with dear friends. My concerns were never treated lightly and were completely addressed. They have the perfect combination of professionalism and concern for the one. They also make great bread and cookies! What does that have to do with coming to the dentist? Obviously, if you don’t know, you have the wrong dentist

Willingness to talk about and discuss all the options…

I’ve been extremely pleased with the care and expertise that I’ve received at Total Care Dental. I hadn’t been to a dentist in a long time because I never had a good experience with them. When I moved to American Fork I needed to visit a dentist and I was very apprehensive at what would happen. When I did a Google Search and found Total Care Dental I was impressed by their assurances that they especially cared for nervous or fearful patients. They seemed to care more about the person that just their teeth.

My first appointment did not disappoint me. Everyone in the office was friendly and professional. they listened to my needs and wants and helped me come up with treatment that met my health care needs and my personal appearance desires. One thing that really impressed me was their willingness to talk about and discuss all the options and let me guide the decision after being thoroughly informed. Another thing is that everyone knew my name. I was introduced once and then they all recognized me on sight. It felt like more of a meeting with friends than an appointment.

Probably the very best thing though is the high quality of their work. I went from being embarrassed about my teeth to being able to smile anytime I felt like it. having a great smile makes all the difference in the world. And they gave me my smile in time for my wedding while working in and around my busy schedule with ease.

The pay attention to the smallest and largest details and I would recommend them to everyone!

I like that I’ve been involved in the whole process…

I was at the point of desperate when a pediatric dentist told me about Dr. Jorgensen. I’d pushed the problems with my teeth to the limit and was in constant pain. I came in for a consultation to see what could be done to make the pain go away and make my teeth look great. At the consultation I learned new things about dentistry and my teeth that no other dentist had ever explained and it made sense! Clearly these people were the best.

After weighing all of my options, figuring out what all I could afford to pay, and when, we all worked out a plan for my teeth that would take a way the pain, and make my teeth look fabulous. And they do!

I’ve appreciated how flexible the office schedule has been. I like that I’ve been involved in the whole process and have a say in how my teeth look. I LOVE how positive and friendly and patient everyone is. (I’m picky, and here I’m allowed to be).

Everyone says that my teeth look amazing! And people who don’t know I’ve had my teeth done keep saying I look great and can’t figure out what’s different. I’m different because my confidence is way up. I can smile now!!!

Our experience with Jeremiah’s wisdom teeth went well. Jeremiah tends to have anxiety but he was out quickly and has no memory of any of it. Thanks to the sedation dentistry that you do. Total Care Dental is one of my favorite places to be! The girls are so spunky and have such infectious laughs and smiles (Jilene Not only do they make you feel like a million bucks they help make you look like a million bucks. I am 29 years old and have a full set of dentures…

My name is Talisa Raby. I am 29 years old and have a full set of dentures. Just to give you some history, when I was 17 years old I started to make the wrong choices in life. After about 5 years my teeth were so bad that I had not smiled for a full year. I had no self-esteem and felt like I was a sight for sore eyes. I could not even look at myself in the mirror. I was ashamed of the way I looked. At 22 years old I decided to get dentures and was looking forward to it. I went through what seemed like tons of dentist appointments to have three teeth out at a time.

So here I was with bad teeth anyway but now I had to go through losing three at a time and still go on with life in the meantime, soon I had only 6 teeth in my whole mouth. The only people I would talk to was family. Finally the dentures came in; I liked them although any thing was better than the teeth I had before. I wore them for 3 years when my bottoms broke and I super glued them for a year. The glue got so thick that I could no longer wear them. Therefore, I had only my top denture to wear and no bottom teeth at all. I hated to have my photo taken it added 10 years to my face. My husband said I should go to Dr. Coles and that I would love it… I took his advice and never in my whole life had I ever experienced such a great feeling at a dentist’s office. Not only was every one great but they all genuinely care about you as a person. When it came time to get fitted for new dentures they did their best to have them done form my husband and my 5 year anniversary. They had 4 weeks. They got the job done.

I now have a beautiful new set of teeth and a younger look. I have never in my whole life had so many people complement me on my smile as I do now. At work if someone doesn’t know my name they ask for the girl with the really pretty smile!! That feels great, and I owe it all to Total Care Dental and all their staff!!!!! I can’t forget Rick for the beautiful work he did building them. M life has been changed forever I can now smile with pride in knowing that yes people are admiring my smile… Thank you all so very much for changing my life.

Come on in and join the family…

I had a bump come up on my lower right gum. The other dentist that I was going to at the time, looked at it and said that I just needed to chew more on that side and everything would be fine. I did that and then one day I noticed a whitehead had formed in that area. My wife was being treated by Dr. Jorgensen at the time, so I mentioned the problem I was having. They looked at it and immediately found out that the root of the tooth was infected. I made an appointment and Dr. Jorgensen pulled the toothless, painlessly I might add, and I have a very nice implant in its place. Since that incident I have become a happy camper and look forward to my visits.

I have never had so much fun at a dental office as I have had with Dr. Jorgensen and her staff. From the minute you walk in the door, they make you feel as if you are the most important person there. They all conduct themselves in a very professional manner, yet are just a fun group. Oh, they have the best freshly baked cookies and bread waiting for you the minute you walk in the door. Have you ever been to a dentist office that serves you cookies and homemade bread… I THINK NOT!

My advice to whoever reads this and is in the process of choosing a dentist, come on in and join the family. You won’t be disappointed and like I said… good cookies, homemade bread and lots of smiles and laughter.

I enjoy coming to Dr. Jorgensen’s office. The staff truly enjoy their work and are always warm and friendly. They make whatever time you have to spend in “the chair” as much fun as they can. The office is clean, warm, and everyone i’ve come in contact with are a blast. Very professional.

I actually look forward to going to the dentist for the first time ever…

Dr. Jorgensen has been my dentist now for 6 or 7 years. I came to her very unhappy with the shape of my teeth and my veneers that never lasted long. I never had a great experience with the dentist before her and was amazed when she completed a bite study on my teeth and discovered that they only met in one place when I bit down. The simple chewing of food was destroying my teeth. the work that she did on my teeth was nothing short of a miracle and they look great now, the porcelain crowns are doing so great and I am so happy with her level of expertise and detail orientation. It has made all the difference.

I had been reading about how important it was to get rid of mercury fillings and was so excited to find a dentist that believed that way long before it was in the news and knew how to safely extract them. Even though I moved o the other end of the county four years ago and the gas prices are high, I just can’t take switching anywhere else. They are always so cheerful and pleasant to be around that I find I actually look forward to going to the dentist for the first time ever.

For a long time I knew that I needed to have some serious dental work done. I put off going to see what needed to be done because I knew I would need a complete set of dentures. My teeth were loose and falling out because of gum disease. I was told by a friend of the great service and work provided by Dr. Jorgensen and Dr. Coles. I finally thought, what the heck, and called to see what they could do for me. The moment I entered their office the made me feel like I was family. The friendship and professionalism shown was outstanding and I felt immediately at ease. They made everything that needed to be done from the surgery to the final fitting of my dentures into a good experience. Not only did my health improve, but also my smile. I elected to have implants to help with stability of the dentures and was not sorry. I can eat nearly everything I want including my favorite, corn on the cob. The cost was more than I planned but the outcome is great. Thanks to Dr. Jorgensen, Dr. Coles and their fantastic staff for a job well done.
